About Noa
Noa Sheer is a negotiation expert and researcher. She is a lecturer at the University of Auckland, New Zealand and The University of New South Wales, Australia.
Noa is a researcher in the field of negotiation theory and the co-author of the book Effective Negotiation: From Research to Results (4th ed.), published by Cambridge University Press.
Noa established Sheer Negotiations in 2015 with a vision to bridge the gap between research and the practical application of negotiation theory for professionals.
Noa brings insights from the most compelling academic and practical research studies, along with her negotiation consulting experiences with multinational and local organisations. Her perspectives are informed by the fields of economics, psychology, gender studies, stakeholder relations and the power of influence and persuasion.
